[BUG] Re: es-1a New company opened Quality espresso us & Don PIghetti
- Here's ( http://tinyurl.com/9nnavx ) a *really* crappy video of a
roast I did a few weeks ago. I didn't start recording until it had
been going for a few minutes so it seems a bit short.
I usually shoot for a 10 - 12 minute approach to first crack @460 F,
and then crank the heat wide open until ~30 seconds into second crack.
This gives me a Full City to FC+ roast, which I prefer to darker levels.
