      Thanks Jake,
      I sent an email through their US website, and ended up getting a response from Spain telling me to go to Nuova Ricambi for parts. I called them today, and they weren't very helpful and wouldn't sell to me anyways, but they directed me to Vaneli's Coffee, who turned out to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Vanelis also carry espresso supplies including very reasonably priced milk pitchers:

      I emailed him some pictures of the element, and I'm expecting to hear back from him tomorrow.
