Mark, BPQ32 logs to the debug log the reports it sends to Winlink, so that may show what is going wrong. You can view the debug log with DebugView

Not sure what you wee trying to say, but error has been fixed in the bpq32.cfg file. However Kam XL does not like RMS Packet, Winlink Express Packet or BPQ32
