- Don,There are basic operating instructions at http://www.cantab.net/users/john.wiseman/Documents/Using%20WINMOR.htmHow you send or received depends on what you are trying to do with WINMOR. Although it has an FEC mode suitable for "Round Table" type chats, WINMOR is primarily designed for use in a message transfer system. Some use it for BBS<>BBS fowarding. It can be used to forward messages from/to a BBS to/from the WL2K network. RMS Express can be used as a client to a BBS, with either inward or outward connects. For forwarding, a typical connect script would be (if your WINMOR port is BPQ port 1)ATTACH 1C CALLSIGN73,John.From: BPQ32@yahoogroups.com [mailto:BPQ32@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Don P

Subject: [BPQ32] Winmor newbie
I have installed winmor tnc with bpq and so far am error free. If you'd be interested in critiquing my config and looking at some screenshots for more critiquing, let me know.
Also, where do I find the docs that explain how to use winmor tnc with bpq? i.e. how do I receive messages? how do I send messages? what commands are necessary to enter from the terminal? when is the attach command used and is it needed for the tnc to fully function?
As you can see, I am on the beginning statges of this venture.
