Re: [BPQ32] vhf ports cross over
- Nope. . . . . no knob twitching here with the pinkies. My onlyinvolvement with the .530 frequency has been "coffee talk."Howard W6IDSRichmond, IN EM79NV----- Original Message -----From: JerrySent: Sunday, July 15, 2012 1:41 PMSubject: RE: [BPQ32] vhf ports cross over
W6IDs is not on 530 so he should not be hearing him on 530 .
Unless ids has been turning the knob
You must be receiving the same station on both frequencies, BPQ will always take the route
With the highest quality (band opening) you need to set two locked ports for the same station,
Choose the best frequency, lock it at 193 lock the frequency 1 below you MINQUAL=

Subject: [BPQ32] vhf ports cross over
Good morning I am running BPQ 22.214.171.124 20120608
I have two rf ports.
port 2 is rf 145.050
port 3 is rf 145.530
w6ids has rf 145.050 and we pass traffic. And I see him calling me on port 2 like it is suppose to.
sometimes I see in the monitor window w6ids calling me on my port 3 145.530, he is not set up for that freq.
This is not a game stopper but jest thought I would pass the info on.
