From the install document:
This is a housekeeping release to correct the behavior of the
installer when dealing with files and a directory which no longer
exist in the current release. As an example, BPQNODES no longer
exists, it has been replaced by BPQNodes.dat several releases ago. If
during an update the installer encounters the former, data from that
file is used creating a new BPQNodes.dat if the later does not exist.
"Install Directory"\KissRoms\ has been moved to "Install
Directory"\RelatedFiles\KissRoms\, the former is now deleted during an
update, as it contains redundant information. A number of files no
longer part of the distribution are now deleted during an update, most
this was being done in the 2007Dec11 release, but I had not gone back
in the history of old releases far enough, and perhaps I still have
not! The need for this thorough housecleaning will diminish as very
old releases find their way off of hard drives.
As there are no actual changes to any of the BPQ32 program files,
users do not have to replace the release of 2007Dec11 and can wait for
a future release that contains actual program changes to the BPQ32
