- We had the same bind thing happen at cvlle we change usb drivers and cable and no more bind isue I don't know why that is jest what we did.Buster kg9nd

Rereading my original post, I left something out.
Upon launching MailChat, I receive the "bind(25) failed Error 10048" as noted. Upon clearing that error message I receive a similar "bind(110) failed Error 10048" message. Then all appears okay.
