      Hi All

Is there away to lock out a station (user) from using or going through
      the Switch ?

Sounds like you're looking for an ACL (Access Control List) to block the station completely? I know that was a feature with TheNET/NetROM. FlexNet is "more democratic" in that there is no such ability by design! That was one of my gripes with FlexNet.
I can't find a similar setting in the DOCs.
