As long as you are looking into the TelNet enhancements, I discovered
a few other things that occur when loging in through the current
1. When I log onto BPQ I actually end up loging in under the node
call, not the username that I put in the login. I thought the
username should be a real ham call. I would see a TelNet login just
like an RF Login to the Node.
2. After logging into BPQ and then to my MSYS I can create message
which is great. However not being the greatest typist in the world
we have discovered that the doing a backspace is non distructive and
actually puts some weird code into the body of a message ... One of
my users mentioned to me that that his TNC went into ASCII mode while
reading a message that I have created through the TelNet.
