Thank you, spot on, as usual.
It took me a minute to find how to access the Telnet server window but it works as advertized.
      Thanks again.

The user records are dynamically allocated, so there is no practical limit.
You have to edit the config file to change users, but you don't have ot restart the node - the telnet server window has a "Reread Config" option. This will, however, disconnect all telnet users.

      Subject: [BPQ32] 10-21-12 - TELNET USER LIST

A couple of questions regarding TELNET USER definitions:

      1) The documentation states that any number of Telnet USER may be defined. Is there a practical limit to the number of Telnet USER?
      2) The Telnet USER list is included as part of the BPQ32 configuration file. Is there a way to add/delete/edit Telnet USER definitions without having to edit the configuration file and restart BPQ32?

I am looking at Telnet access in a dynamic HSMM-MESH network and expect that Telnet USER definitions may change depending on events.

      Any thoughts would be appreciated.

      73, Dave.
