This yellow bike has a silver brazed frame made with Columbus SL 4130
      double butted seamless steel tubing

      http://www.columbustubi.com/eng/3_3.ht

stamped steel lugs, an investment cast "Roto" or "Cinelli" bottom
bracket and Campagnolo dropouts (fork ends). The fork crown is a
Columbus "semi-sloping" investment cast crown. The fork crown as it
appears in your photo is a Columbus "semi-sloping" investment cast
crown. There this small 1/4 diameter tubes that run through the seat
tube and down tube. (the bosses for the water bottle holder extend
through both sides of the tube to stiffen the structure of the frame.)

      Great shape- must see.
