I have created a yahoo group for advise and discussions among the allottes of BHS08 scheme Greater Noida. I am a successful candidate for BHS08 250 sqm. I have the house allotment in Omicron-1A , B130 plot. I would like all of us to join this group. The reason is simple, many of us might have already have gone through all of these procedures so why not bhs08 allotter's should benefit from it.
The type of question we can answer to each others are like this -
Could we get the loan from any bank for paying 46 Lacks to Greater Noida development authority?
If yes then how much money could we get?
How much time it takes to get this loan?
What is the procedure to get load?
Do we need anything from authority except allotment letter?
Let's say even if i have the enough money 46Lacks to pay would it be better to go for a loan and not break our bonds/stock investments to avoid short term taxes (30%)instead of saving in long term taxes which is 15%?
