      Actually I think we're saying different things. If they were in court and eharmony was defending itself, I don't think the best course of action would be to say that they woman is trying to force us out of business. I would say, if it were true, that we told the woman that we didn't have other gays on the site, so there was no reason for her to post her ad. Then, what could the woman say? Would she say Oh I was looking for someone straight? The other point is that eharmoney has refused other people for other reasons according to a competitor. So, if they are refusing people for other reasons, that could also help eharmony.
