If I push the charger tip up and to the right, it charges. Obviously something is loose. The scanner is out of warranty. Is there a part that I can replace or should I just send this into Uniden to have that charging port replaced? Thoughts...

  • When you reprogram, make sure you are overwriting systems with the same name. I was creating a ton of duplicates on mine. Just something to check. • I've downloaded and used both freescan and ARCxt Pro. I prefer ARCxt Pro, although it doesn't read well from Windows 7 to the scanner. I installed "XP Mode" in my windows 7, installed the software there and that resolved all issues.
