      By any chance are you related to a Richy Victor that was an ABC-TV director in Chicago at WBKB or later at WLS-TV during the 1970's.

      I am trying to find people from that era.

      There's a list of the frequencies that are subject to the IFX on the
      Frequencies tab in the Scanner --> Set Scanner Options screen.

      You could also use the volume offset and that even gives you 6 values
      other than the default of 0 so that you could assign some type of
      code perhaps to your tag/mark.
