      Great John!
Personally, I highly recommend subscribing to Radio Reference. It makes the "auto download" into your software extremely easy. I know many here, as well as myself, have used it for years. The subscription is reasonable, considering all they have to offer there, and, if you find you don't use it much, just don't renew after a year. Personally, I've been a subscriber since 2005 and use it extensively.

By the way, sorry I didn't read your first post as closely as I should have and missed that you were already using ARC-XT. I wouldn't have added all the software choices at the end of my post! (Oh duh Shell! LOL)

Glad to hear you're enjoying the radio!

      Shell

The latest update for the LTR system was almost a year ago and it was to delete one of the two control channels for the Cranston location. The single control channel listed now for Cranston is: 856.31250. Also, they noted that there are no talkgroups listed for the Cranston location. So, instead of putting in any talkgroups, you will need to take Paul's (UPMAN) advice and others' and set your radio to search talkgroups instead of scan. That way you'll be able to pick them up and then add them as they're captured.
      > > I would also recommend, if you haven't picked up a program yet, starting with FreeScan. It's a great program to use to both program your radio and also learn how to use the radio! If you like it, please consider sending a donation to Assaf (the author of FreeScan) - he's not only written a super program, he's also continually updating it! There are also other programs you can take a look at - ProScan and ARC-XT, both of which you have to pay for but both give you a good trial period to evaluate their programs. I own and use all three mentioned (for different reasons and purposes) and can recommend all of them as well.
