      (August 13, 2005) at 7:24 AM (Pacific Daylight Time,
      USA). There will be a TBSA board meeting this evening
      at 5:00 PM, and more details will be posted after the
      meeting.

      Vihara, Half Moon Bay
      monastery) passed away calm and peacefully this
      morning (August 13,
      2005) at 7:24 AM.

      There will be a Theravada Buddhist Society of
      America (TBSA) board
      meeting this evening at 5:00 PM, and more details will
      be posted on
      http://www.tbsa.org after the meeting.

      Condolences to the family members and relatives
      of Sayadaw U
      Silananda. U Than Tun (Arch) and U San Maung (Arch)
      two of Sayadaw's
      nephews.

      Saya U Myat Htoo (Civil) is the President of
      TBSA. He spent
      countless days looking after Sayadaw's health along
      with the resident
      and visiting monks and other devotees such as Saya U
      Myo Min (ex-ucc),
      U Theikdi, U Aung Kyaw Mya, Dr. Htay Aung, Dr. Kyi Kyi
      San, Phyo, ...

      The Sayadaws are looking for videographers to
      record the final
      journey of Sayadaw U Silananda.
