      Greetings Ayretonians!

Spring at last is upon us. What this usually means for the barony is that it's time to start thinking about officer elections. What we did last year was to combine the April curia and populace meetings in order to facilitate this. The next curia meeting is scheduled for April 29 to be held at Molly Malone's in Forest Park. We are working on finding out if there is a large enough room to handle both meetings. If we are unable to secure a larger room at Molly Malone's, we will post an alternate location asap.

All of the officer and curia positions are up for reelection. Officers serve a term of one year. Gentles may serve consecutive terms as there are no limits imposed by our charter. The officer positions are:

Seneschal - currently Baroness Sarafina Sinclair, OL, OP
Exchequer - currently Mistress Margherita Alessia, OP called Ghita
Minister of Arts and Sciences - currently Lady Kara Atladottir
Knights Marshal - currently Lord Gareth Ostwestly
      Rapier Marshal - Open
Archery Marshal - currently Honorable Lord Lukas Mesmer
Chatalaine - currently Lady Ardena Wildflower
Chronicler - currently Lady Margrett Norwoode
Herald - currently Herr Alexander Adelbrecht von Markelingen
Web Minister - currently Lord Dunstan Bramblette
If you have questions about how each of these offices are run, I strongly encourage you to seek out these individuals for their advice. Many hands make light work and it is only through the selfless work of volunteers that we are able to enjoy this game that we so love.

As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

      In Service,

      Sarafina

      --
      Baroness Sarafina Sinclair, OL, OP
      Seneschal - Barony of Ayreton
