Subject: [Ayreton] Question on shopping for a bow

Where would be a good place to look at acquiring a new bow?
Are their particular shops that do good work recreating a period style
bow for someone that doesn't want to shoot a fiberglass recurve?

In looking around online I see many different stores online that do
"custom" wood bows for between 75 and 200 USD and trying to get a feel
for quality over the web is always a bit difficult.

Suggestions, comments, horrible puns, all welcome.
