The Ayreton Baronial Business Meeting is this Sunday, March 14th at the home of Fern and Robyyan.
We will start at 6:30pm with a potluck for those who want to eat and socialize followed by the meeting at 7:30pm. Fern will be making spaghetti, I'll bring garlic bread. Other sides and main dishes are welcome.
When: Sunday March 14, 2010 at 6:30 PM Potluck / 7:30 PM Meeting
Host Shire: Tree-Girt-Sea
Host Location: The home of Fern and Robyyan
Address: 2506 W. Morse Ave., Chicago , IL 60645

Robyyan sends the following information, "...there is plenty of on-street parking in this area, and we're only a block from Western Ave. and the 49B bus, and not far from Touhy and the Pace 290. Useful landmarks for people driving are on Western Ave., turn onto Morse between the Harley Davidson dealer and McDonalds. And it would be helpful if people were to bring folding chairs -- we may run out if a lot of people come."
Before I get to the agenda, I'd like to report that with a couple very minor grammar and structure changes, the charter has been approved by Midrealm Curia and we are ready to begin the next step of the transition process, that being the request for Letters of Intent. I'll be accepting Letters of Intent from those seeking to run for Baron/Baroness starting at this meeting and with all Letters of Intent to be turned in by our April 11th business meeting. More details to follow soon on the requirements for the Letters of Intent.
