A small little 'e' must have escaped from the website link.

      www.artistsoftheeas tbank.com

The internet is just so obsessed with all the letters being there and in
      order. ;-)

Julia, Thanks for bringing this to our attention

Hal, Good luck with the show.

Thank you to all who have committed to Thursday's demo in Batavia. As a
last minute reminder the demo will run from 6:30 until aprox. 8 pm.

We can begin setting up as early as 5:00. Per Christine our Rotolo

Due to construction we are in a different location this year.

If anyone needs the address it is as follows:

Sam Rotolo Middle School - 1501 S. Raddant Rd. Batavia, 60510

If anyone needs a location contact my cell phone is: 630-750-0965

Looking forward to seeing everyone there...and we will happily welcome
anyone able to attend at the last minute.

      Thanks again,

Master Sean, assistance from you is assistance indeed, and I am happy to have all I can get. If I am lucky, others will volunteer to help, and you could supervise them at the Tourney. Thanks for your note-I'll be happy to see you when you arrive. Take care!

As you know, I have helped you and your predecessor, Vorlin, on the boards.  I don’t know if I will be able to this for the Spring Crown this year.  I need to attend a family wedding and reception Saturday evening in Cincinnati.  We will be leaving Cincinnati for Crown on Sunday morning at about 7 to 8 AM EST.  Trip to Crown is a little more than 5 hours with no traffic interruptions.  However, Sunday is INDY 500 day and traffic could be a problem.  Also, there is major construction on I65.  We will get there as soon as we can.

I am Alexander de Seton, Meadows He
rald. I'll be looking for some Field Heraldry help at the Crown Tourney 23 May in White Waters. I'll supply the Litany, you supply the voices. I understand there will be 2 lists, so there is need for several Field Heralds. Please see me at the List Table an hour before the fighting.
I would also like to have two or more people to run the List Shield Trees, one for each of the two lists. You get a chair right at the list ropes and a good view, and lots of aerobics putting up and taking down list shields. Once again, ask for Alexander at the list table.
Thank you for your assistance. I hope folks who are looking to try out field heraldry will volunteer to help.
