- Dec 3, 2018Anyone having any problems signing in to their Master Account right now? I’ve used exactly what I know to be my ID and password, plus variations just for grins, and I keep getting an error message saying there was a problem, and to check my “credentials” and try again. It says it’s ‘Error #400’.On November 13th Avid merged my email accounts, and this is the first time I’ve tried to log in since then — and now it won’t let me in, with either the old email ID or the new one.Just wanted to see if it’s likely MY problem, or something up with either the AppMan or Avid’s system.Thanks,DD
