Gary Bettan has always been easy to get hold of and sort out the details.I once accidentally bought the Media Composer upgrade when I needed the Symphony upgrade (they are the same price). He got with Marianna and sorted it out right away.They also usually have a 5 percent discount going, so I always get my upgrades cheaper too.
