Everyone -I am a thankful L2 lurker of over a decade and greatly appreciate the expertise in this forum. Now I need some embarrassing handholding.A new client is sending me MTS files from his Canon XA-20. I have tried unsuccessfully to import the individual MTS file, but receive a "This type of MPEG file is not supported" message. I can play the file using VLC Media Player. He is reluctant to send me his entire SD structure, so I cannot attempt to AMA Link.What options do you recommend? Am I missing plugin? Need to upgrade from MC 7.0.4?
