- Aug 16, 2018That was an issue for a friend who worked at the Skunk Works in the 80s. As his skills improved compared to what he did before working on classified stuff, he realized that his portfolio was becoming more and more historic (IIRC, he was there fewer than 10 years). And while he liked the work, he didn't expect to be there forever, especially after they announced moving from Burbank (IIRC) to the desert.So he left. And his work really is great, so all was good...but if he'd been there for a long long time?But is there a protocol for handling this sort of thing?
