      Dark. Just as dark in VLC as in Streamclip. Gamma-shifted downwards. Darkwards. I even tried exporting in both settings (709 and RGB). Again, same result.

      And what exactly are you seeing in there? Lighter or darker images? Did you use 709 (keep video legal) or RGB (scale to full range levels)? Are you seeing the same thing in VLC player?
