Thank you so much! It is indeed good news.For now I am going to try to stay on Snow Leopard because I still have FCP 7, and I don't want to invest in a start up drive just to get a sizzle reel done. If the project gets funded, then I will consider making a start up drive for Snow Leopard and upgrade to Lion. I did read posts on the internet that Avid MC 7 works just fine on Snow Leopard . . . but they did not have an AE working in Yosemite. I might be able to get him to go back to Snow Leopard or Lion for outputs since he is having some difficulties with the Yosemite OS and his Magic Mouse.
