It's been awhile since I worked with Marquee, but I think you should look at the Marquee Preferences -> General dialog and look at the Locations tab. Make a note of the directory listed as Location of User Files. In that directory you will find ascii files, such as MarqueeUser.db. I think it's a matter of copying such files to the other User's directory.
You can easily look at these files with a text editor to double check that you are getting what you want.
