There are many online at Thomas Gloning's site.. they are in German,
but if you don't read German, it will give you the names of relevant
cookbooks that you can try searching for.

Catrin Von Berlin has translated parts of Rumpolt's Ein New Kochbook,
and has several feasts and other information
parts are transcribed at Dr Gloning's site, and others here
I am working on translating the rest of Rumpolt. Its a very big
cookbook, and if you are looking for something specific, let me know.
As I finish, I'm posting it here. So far only the Soup section, but
more is coming soon.
