Bartrum's "Welsh Classical Dictionary" is a wonderful resource, but
it needs to be used very carefully as a source for historically
accurate names of real people. The first issue is that word "legend"
in the sub-title. The second problem is that name spellings are
mostly modernized, and while there are sometimes quotes from original
sources, those sources are rarely from the same date as the person
being named. Particularly when dealing with the very early material,
it can take a lot of work to turn the data here into plausible
historic names. (See my article at <http://www.heatherrosejones.com/
      names/welsh/brythonicnorth/5th-7thbrythonicwomen.html> for an example
of dealing with material from this type of source.)
