I generally take the transition from new to established atabout 5 years. I read somewhere that in the first 5 years there'sroughly 10% drop-out among converts but after that time theremaining under-50% tend to remain long term. I haven't been ableto find really good supporting statistics but it matches my experienceover the years.> ... Almost every mailing list out there dropsattachments. As to all at once or by chunk not being a moderatorI don't know the size limits. Several scrolling regions at a time iseasier to comment on than a dozen pages or more.Hail Asgard!Doug Freyburger_________________________________________________________________

I think it would be very cool to discuss on the list how heathens can,
do, and might best do the UPG thing with newer people and with our
kids. I think it might be all right to use Brenden's ideas as a case
study. But if the discussion gets out of hand with the "you are a
poopyhead" stuff, I will have to shut it down.
Also, it would be best for Brenden or anyone to post things that are
longer than 3 or 4 paragraphs as a file on the Yahoo web page for this
group. Hang on, let me get a link:
