Shared from the Madrone Culinary Guild list. If you might be able to come to this event please consider either bringing something to share, helping with the set up and serving, or just coming to play! Ysolt is the contact for this if you have any questions or offerings.

      In joyous service,

Hello unto the Madrone Culinary guild Open-mouthed smile

As I’ve mentioned to many of you, we’re doing what I call a ‘Brag off’ at Lionhearts this year.  This is a slightly more organized version of something that happened rather organically last year.  We’re providing a venue for people who like to BBQ or cook to show off their talents.

If you’re coming to the event – bring a medieval or modern dish you’re particularly proud of!  I am asking that people cook to feed twice their camp.  If you’re cooking for 4, a dish for 8, if you’re cooking for 10, a dish for 20.  If you want to cook more, I won’t stop you Open-mouthed smile

If you can’t join us for the event – I would love to have a set of contributions from the guild to take along.  Particularly some of our desserts or sauces?  Crack, Apricot Tarts, Shrewsbury cakes.  A Batch of Bob, Al or Cameline mixed and vacuum sealed?  A batch for 12 would be lovely.

Either way, I’d appreciate a heads up if you are joining the fun or sending something along, so I can plan around what is being provided.

Eden or Ettienette are picking up contributions on the Seattle side, I can pick up anything on the Eastside.

      Thank you again!

      Ysolt
