http://www.sheltermeinc.org/mission.phpHey thereI hope you don't mind me emailing all of you (and sorry for including everyone but I wasn't sure who this should go to)...I don’t know if there’s anything you can do to help but a co-worker’s cousin killed himself on Tuesday, which is sad, but he left his 2 dogs behind, which is just tragic & heartbreaking to me!They’re both in the Stratford,CT Animal shelter at this point and I'm sure they're totally confused, heartbroken, scared, etc. One day they're with their person, getting treats & love...next day their person's nowhere to be found and they're in a shelter! I’m just trying to get the word out so that maybe they can be ‘sprung’ before they're there too long (or die from broken hearts). Why no one in the family’s taking them in, I don’t know (and it’s none of my business) but if there's anything you can do to spread the word, I'd appreciate it.Here's the information we have:Peanut & Heidi at the Stratford,CT animal shelter (the pound).Peanut is about 12 years old and requries a insulin shot daily. Heidi is about 6 years old and both are very friendly. The shelter is trying to get the records from the vet.If anyone would like to give these dogs a home, call Officer Pixley at the shelter for more information. 203-385-4068.============================I attached a picture of each dog -- Peanut's the one in the back of the cage)Thank you SO SO SO MUCH!-- Andrea (luckycheeky@...)No virus found in this message.
