Urgent for West Virginians: Prevent Shut-Down of Free Spay-Neuter Mobile Unit

This is an absolute outrage! Please help spread the word to everyone you know in West Virginia! (West Virginians only.)

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION IF YOU ARE A WEST VIRGINIA RESIDENT AND CROSS-POST FAR AND WIDE TO ANY WEST VIRGINIA RESIDENTS YOU KNOW.

The West Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine has restricted Help for Animals from operating its low cost spay/neuter mobile unit outside of a 50 mile radius from the fixed clinic located in Barboursville, WV, thus denying the vast majority of state residents access to this important service.

If you are as outraged about this as we are, please help us get this restriction removed by signing the online Petition to be presented to
Governor Wise, Senators Rockefeller and Byrd and West Virginia Legislators.

The Petition with background information on Help For Animals and its mobile spay/neuter mobile unit is located at:

      Thank you!
