Ever wonder about the old Chachapoya 'Ceremonial Guards of Honor' who still guard the cold ceremonial plaza of Chan Chan Peru - also those in Ecuador and Columbia?
They wear jackets, hats with warm ear and neck straps, fringed  kilts and matching colored tights with fringed bottoms.     When the Chinese conquered them, they put on their attire, kept all their laws and ordinances intact and took over their structures, as well as the name 'Inca.'    No waste here.
The Chachapoyas  appeared to take after  their  Cousins  in the Aegean just  a wee bit also (below).
