      Yh is an ancient version of Yhwh who is addressed as Yh in Psalms 68:4:

      Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
      Extol Him who rides on the clouds,
      By His name YAH, (בְּיָ֥הּ)
      And rejoice before Him.

      Psalm 68 is a very ancient song which scholars date to the time of Judges (Jephthah's victory over the Ammonites), or either Saul's or David's victory over the same Ammonites.(Oxford Study Bible, p. 594) David (dwd) would have addressed Yhwh as Yh as Yh was the 2nd name of Wadd, a theophoric name that appears in the name of Dwd and in the name of his kingdom, Yhwdh. The Psalm may pre-date the reign of Saul, which indicates that one of the earliest names for Yhwh was Yh. The early date for the name Yh is also confirmed in the Old Negev inscriptions which have been dated to 1200 BCE. In conclusion, Yhwh is an expanded form of the name Yh.
