Group Description

A project of the "Eyes Of The People" - U.S.A.

This Yahoo Group is intended to be a beginning vehicle of an awakening American People's participation in the affairs of Their Nation. Here, through virtual participation, the True Citizens, Deci and Padeci of Our Nation can begin to express Our Will regarding the affairs of Our Culture of Many Cultures.

It is hoped that "The American People's Plebiscite" will eventually become the "Third House" of Congress of a revitalized and reformed American People's Democratic Constitutional Republic. This can be one of the worthy goals of Our Plebiscite, for Us to strive for.

As a discussion group site, The American People's Plebiscite can be an experimental training forum to find ways and means to make this noble Democratic part of the American Vision come true. Here, We can begin to exercise communication skills and develope the skills of unity and co-operation, that We need to master in order to fulfill Our Part in The Great American Vision of Our Founding Fathers...and further By Us.

Education is the key to all of this.

As the first group site of this needed and potential Third Legislative House of America, it can be a tool for the determination and application of The People's Will to do its part in the needed corrections and changes Our Nation needs. Without Our Awakening and Participation, Our Nation will continue to be misled, betrayed and failed. We must rise and turn this "devolution" back into Our Evolution.

Here is one place that We can begin the work of fulfilling the People's Part of the True American Vision. We need to consider and understand the issues and cast Our Votes accordingly.

The forum is for Our discussions. The polls are for the expression of Our Opinions and Will. Both tools will help Us see Ourselves and plot Our course into America's great future.

All elements of Our Society are invited to join and participate and contribute. This fails without, at least, a majority doing so
