      with them. This is a form of "Maxwell's Deamon" the extraction of
      energy fropm ambient browning motion, which is thought to violate the
      laws of thermodynamics. Then again, at one time it was scientifically
      proven that bumblebees can not fly, so maybe he'll surprise us.

          While not a violation of the any law of thermodynamics, one very good
          demonstration of Brownian motion is the vortex tube which separates a
          compressed gas into hot and cold streams. It has no moving parts other
          than the motion of the gas verses the Brownian motion of the gas.
