      On August 28, 2012 at approximately 7:27 a.m. Takoma Park Police
      responded to the 1000 block of Elm Avenue for a report of a stolen
      bicycle. Unknown suspect(s) removed a bicycle from the front porch of
      the victim’s residence. The bicycle was last seen there on August 27
      at 9:30 p.m. Sometime between August 27 at 9:30 p.m. and August 28 at
      6:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) gained access to the front porch, cut the
      security cable to one of three bicycles, and removed it. The bicycle is
      described as a bold yellow, 21 speed, Diamondback bicycle. There are no
      suspect(s) at this time.

                                On September 21, 2014, at approximately 4:57 pm, Takoma Park Police responded to the 7300 block of Sycamore Avenue for a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was stolen from the victim's shed. The victim last saw his bike on September 17, 2014, at approximately 7:00 pm. The bicycle is described as a man's red road bike with the word "specialized" written in block letters on the side with a small black bag on the back of the seat. The bike also has an odometer and clips on the pedals. Also stolen was a gray helmet flashlight.
