an introduction to yoga, taught with mindfulness and attention to relaxing and restoring body and mind. learn classical yoga postures with a focus on proper alignment, safety and body awareness. fluid movement, strengthening and breath are also emphasized. open to newcomers, returning yogis and those who prefer a more basic practice.
