- The Josephine Butler Parks Center, the "greenhouse" for revitalizing
innercity Washington, has become a wonderful hub of arts, culture, nature,
and community. Please spread the word about these upcoming events on
Meridian Hill. All take place either inside the Josephine Butler Parks
Center at 2437 15th Street, or at Meridian Hill/ Malcolm X Park, located
between 15th and 16th, between W and Euclid Streets, NW.

the dramatic exterior restoration of the Josephine Butler Parks Center, make
new friends, and learn about saving historic structures from Historic
Restoration Specialist Laura Oliphant. Volunteers needed Tuesdays through
Saturdays from 10 to 6.
