Paula and I got out today and traced the trails off Bell Branch. We found 4 miles of well groomed, community maintained trails; very runable with bridges over streams. There is only room for one car at the actual access point but other vehicles can park at/near the entrance to Wooden Bridge, 1/2 mile west of the access point.
Then we went up to Hawkins, just before the Rt 97 crossover. There is parking for 4 or 5 cars by pulling off the road. The trail is marked with 'Trail' flags, which is about the only way to know you are on trail. No deer trails or worn path to follow, and not much of it is runable yet. There is a lot of potential, and a lot of room to expand/explore. I will be in touch with MORE to see what the plan is and to offer assistance in trail blazing.
I have posted my GPS of both tracks.
