       1. Welcome and Introductions - Teresa Bonsell, chair (1 min.)


       2.  General Public Comment (10 min.) The public may provide comments to the committee on nonagenda items within the Neighborhood Councils subject matter jurisdiction. However, please note that under the Brown Act, the committee is prevented from acting on the issue you bring to its attention until the matter is agendized for discussion at a future public meeting. (Limited to 2 minutes per speaker.)


       3. OUTREACH POSTCARDS AND BANNERS FOR LOCAL ISSUES COMMITTEES (5 min.) Discussion and possible action on postcard mailing community-wide to promote local issues meetings as well as custom banners for each community that requests them. Consideration of timing, given that the newsletter is planned for October.


       4.  VIDEO CAMERA AND TRIPOD (5 min.) Discussion and possible action to recommend to the ASNC Board the purchase of a video camera and tripod to record all ASNC Board and Committeee meetings.


       5.  TRANSPORT CART (5 min.) Discussion and possible action  to recommend to the ASNC Board the purchase of a transport cart to use at Outreach events that require ASNC furnish its own canopies, tables and chairs .


       6. SYCAMORE GROVE OUTREACH (5 min.) Discussion and possible action on meeting the challenge to reach Sycamore Grove stakeholders with activities such as weekend public cleanups, Neighborhood Watch, forums, concerts and information fairs that would attract their participation.


       7. MONTEREY HILLS OUTREACH (5 min.) Discussion and possible action to 1) organize meetings between the Co-Chairs of the Local Issues Committee, the ASNC Registrar and President with HOA leaders, and 2) Korean community leaders in order to facilitate enhanced communications with the full spectrum of stakeholders.


       8. EMAIL BLAST (5 min.) Discussion and possible action to relieve Rick Laudati from the weekly email blast responsibility and appointment of a replacement volunteer.


       9. SUMMARY OF UPCOMING OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES (5 min.)
