      4 Tuesdays and/or 4 Thursdays in July!!

      Learn the basics of the Pilates method so you can participate in group and private reformer and mat classes and get the most out of them without injury. Group classes rarely offer the opportunity to learn the basic exercises for the mat and reformer and privates are expensive. Most studios require at least 5 private pilates lessons before you can join a group class. This is important for safety reasons and so as not to hold the others in the class back.

      Join me in a non-competitive and safe environment for a four week program beginning on Tuesdays July 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th; and/or another session beginning on Thursdays, July 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, from 6:30 – 8 p.m.

      The first two classes in each session will focus on mat work, some biomechanics and pilates basics; and the second on some of the most common reformer exercises. Each person will have an opportunity to try out the exercises on the equipment.

      Cost for four classes is $100 are 90 minutes in length, and the class is limited in size to 5-6 participants.
