I'm not sure that you answered the OP's question. None of the listed drivers reference "Autostar II" support. The Meade telescope drivers on the ASCOM

I would suggest the Autostar II version, assuming the driver recognizes the mount ID. If that fails, you can try the Universal driver which will provide some
