      Tony, you have two choices:
      1. Set the date on your computer back a year. That will allow you to
      save the certificate.

      2. Update your copy of TrustedQSL. http://www.rickmurphy.net/lotw/
      while this is not an official TrustedQSL release, it will fix your problem.
