At the risk of being off topic again, I wanted to ask how close does
the time frame of a qso have to be? For example if I have a QSO logged
as starting at 12:14 and ending at 12 :32 and I enter 12:14 in the log
I upload to LoTW, and the other station uploads it as 12:10 will it be
a match? What is th e leeway?

Finally called ARRL to help straighten things out and will probably have to do the same in 2010 when my current certificate expires. The fact there's so much response to your particular problem is revealing. LOTW, in my opinion, needs streamlining to make it more conventional and easier to use. It's easier to do on-line banking.
