Subject: [AQ_NFS] Using the word submitted

Prior to AQ syncing with NFS, I would always put the word submitted in an ordinance date to show me that the work was in progress and when I got the date of the ordinance I changed the word submitted to the actual date of the ordinance.

Now with the nFS feature on AQ, I submit all my ordinance requests through AQ. I find it is far superior to going to NFS and trying to request the ordinance and to change from the submitted to the actual date using the review feature.

When I submit a request for work to be done, I really like the feature that allows me to show the date that I submit the work with the term "sub DD mon YYYY" This lets me know how many ordinances that I have out there that are not yet completed and it also lets me choose the oldest submitted ones to get done. I filter by using the term "submitted" in the field filtering area. This helps me work with those individuals.

BUT--- I also like to filter by the date the work was actually done. When I do that I get all the individuals whose ordinances were submitted using my date filter. So it is hard for me to get just the dates of work without the "sub" term.

As an example, I just requested to see all the endowments completed since Aug 1 2011. The result was 69. That surprised me that so many had been done until I realized that my list included all that had been done, plus all that I have submitted since Aug 1. 2011.

Is there a way that I can filter to not include the dates that show "sub"? I want to show only the completed ordinances.

      Thanks
      Leslie Vaughn
