Group Description

Finding a doctor that is supportive of attachment parenting can be a challenging task.

Please let us know about your doctor; pediatrician; pediatric dentist; OBGYN; physician; midwife; Doula; IBCLC; chiropractor; osteopath; naturopath; homeopath; psychologist; therapist or any other type of medical professional that you recommend. After becoming a member, input your referral into the database on this site so we can make a permanent record.

This is a list for discussing AP values & issues and finding supportive health practitioners and support. Please do not promote your other forums or discussion groups here without the moderators permission.

We have members here from all walks of life; religious beliefs; cultures; and degrees of attachment parenting ... as well as more natural-style or "crunchy" parents. Discussions here may be related to doctor recommendations; past; current or pending laws that affect various aspects of our parenting rights; vaccinations (pro, delayed & anti); circumcision and more.

We don't always agree 100% - or at all on certain topics, but respectfulness is required at all times.
