      Ok, the file is available to anyone with Excel.

      One sheet has all the players involved, showing the standardized
      rates (per-36-minutes), and the derivation of the ratios from 'team
      1' to 'team 2'.

      Another sheet has the "one-line summaries", without the "team 1"
      rates. Rates listed on this sheet are for "team 2", and "team 1"
      rates can be derived from the ratios.

      On the "onelines" sheet, each group can be separately ranked however
      you like. The first column contains an attempt to find a correlation
      between relative team winning pct, and minutes played.

      The way the players are ranked within groups is basically this: at
      the top of each group are players who did better-than-expected
      following a trade (based on minutes played).
